How the fee works
The most common questions before signing up.
When do I pay the fee?
Only when a booking is confirmed and the guest pays. There is no upfront cost, no listing fee, and no monthly subscription. If no one books, you pay nothing.
Do guests pay anything extra?
No. Guests see the price you set — no service fee or booking fee is added on their end. Keeping guest checkout clean means fewer drop-offs.
What's the founding rate?
The first 10 operators who join lock in at 8% — permanently. 6 spots remain. After that, new operators pay the standard 10% fee.
How do I get paid?
You choose your payout method in settings: Stripe Connect (automatic, fastest), PayPal, Wise, or bank wire. Earnings are released after each trip completes.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract, no minimum. You can pause or remove your listing at any time. Your rate is locked in from the day you join.
